Community Christmas Tree Lighting in Fredericksburg, Texas

 Friday, November 25th, at 7:00 p.m. the 2011 Mayor’s Christmas Committee invites you to join us as we kick off the Christmas Season at the FREE Yuletide celebration complete with Christmas carols, Brass Band, Children’s Chorus, performances by our local Nutcracker dancers, holiday music and more!

A Fredericksburg tradition, this community event will truly get you into the holiday spirit!

Featuring:
26 ft. German Christmas Pyramid
30 ft. Lighted Christmas Tree, adorned with German ornaments designed by local artisans
Nativity provided by private donation
Two 50 ft. “MERRY CHRISTMAS” skylines
Gingerbread Village designed by local artist Margaret Hannum
Tunnel of Lights
26 LED lighted trees
30 lighted wreaths

Free hot chocolate, cookies and pastries!
